What We Offer
Ratheesh offers a direct path into the mastery of mind, breath, and inner stability—rooted in authentic yogic science. Through structured programs, retreats, and one-to-one guidance, the work is tailored to create real, lasting change. This is not surface-level practice, but a disciplined process that builds clarity, resilience, and control from within. You are guided step by step, with precision and depth, based on decades of lived experience. If you are ready for something real, this work meets you there.
❋ Individual Work & Support
-
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, private sessions offer a highly effective way to deepen and progress in your practice.
Ratheesh’s teaching is grounded in the Hatha yoga tradition, with a focus on building solid foundations. The goal is never to chase complicated postures, but to cultivate greater awareness and connection with the body. With a meticulous eye and precise guidance, Ratheesh meets students exactly where they are, creating programs that are both challenging and accessible to practitioners of all levels.
Private sessions are tailored to each individual and can target specific needs such as correcting bodily imbalances, reducing inflammation, supporting post-surgery recovery, or easing stress and anxiety. Postures are broken down into manageable elements, designed to build strength, improve balance and mobility, enhance circulation, and support overall organ health.
Each posture and sequence draws from the rich Hatha yoga system and from Ratheesh’s lifetime of study and practice, offering a vast and thoughtfully curated repertoire tailored to your needs.

In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “the science of life.” It is an ancient healing system that uses food, herbs, massage, oil treatments, lifestyle routines, yogic breathing, and asanas as medicine—often as a natural alternative to pharmaceuticals.
Drawing on a lifetime of study, including his early years alongside his grandfather, R offers a broad and nuanced body of Ayurvedic practices to support a wide range of needs.
One-on-one sessions provide personalised guidance and insight into your constitution, health, and overall well-being. Depending on individual needs, sessions may prescribe tailored Ayurvedic herbal medicines, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments designed to improve vitality, strength, and balance.
Consultations are available both digitally and in-person.

Ratheesh’s work is devoted to helping people come one step closer to rediscovering themselves.
Unlike traditional cognitive therapy, which often focuses on recounting past events, Ratheesh’s method emphasizes the present moment. Past experiences are acknowledged, but time is not spent dwelling on them, as doing so can recreate the same emotional patterns we originally experienced.
In his coaching sessions, Ratheesh works patiently with each individual, addressing challenges with care, thoughtful questions, and precise guidance. He has worked with a wide spectrum of scenarios, including depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, major life transitions, and grief. The goal is not to offer sympathy, but to cultivate clarity and awareness—helping individuals recognize patterns, shift behaviors, and navigate life with greater presence, discipline and insight as well as a little more ease.

Through this program, you will be introduced to practical methods of lessening the overall sense perception feeding both the body and the mind through tools such as:
Focus training
Internal visualization (bhavana)
Devotional practice
When senses become too loud, they become distractions but in just the right amount of stimulation, it becomes nourishing.
The system of the senses all link back to the mind.
Meditation is when we are no longer disturbed by our surroundings, our body or time. We are so conceptualized with time.
Practicing withdrawing the senses creates fewer impulses on the nervous system
Kriya exercises as well as precise breathing alongside the spine eventually makes us aware of the body, mind and the internal world beyond the senses and helps us move toward a state of meditation.
Combined, these practices help relieve residue of stress from the body and help us become internally tolerant to the external world. Results may also include improved sleep, stress levels, moods and more.

❋ Group Events
-
While “breathwork” has become a common term today, the practice of regulating the in- and out-breath is anything but modern.
Pranayama—the art and science of breath control—acts like a pharmacy for the body and mind. All pranayamas work on the nervous system and enhance awareness, but certain techniques can be prescribed to focus more deeply on specific areas such as digestion, blood circulation, cognitive function, energy levels, appetite, or sleep. Practicing in this way promotes calm, clarity, and overall vitality.
Though ancient in origin, pranayama remains deeply relevant today. In focused workshops, Ratheesh guides practitioners step by step, introducing techniques gradually so each student can progress safely and confidently. Group sizes range from 2 to 20 participants, ensuring personalized guidance and attention for everyone.
-
Having taught more than 200 retreats and workshops across the globe, Ratheesh has honed the ability to weave together yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and Ayurveda into retreats tailored to each group’s needs. Each retreat offers an introduction to the vast ocean of yogic living and the depth of the practice itself.
The retreats include yoga retreats, Ayurvedic treatment retreats, and silent meditation retreats. While the approach varies slightly for each, the intention remains the same: to provide participants with space, time and meticulous guidance for deeper reflection, rejuvenation, and immersion in the yogic traditions—away from the demands of daily life.
Annual yoga retreats are held in India, Sweden, and Bali. You can explore upcoming retreats here.

The Method
Practice with Structure
Every method is part of a larger system. Postures, breath, and internal practices are introduced progressively — ensuring the body and mind are prepared, not pushed.o your specific needs.
Train the Breath, Transform the System
Breath is not an accessory — it is central. Through precise pranayama and regulation techniques, the nervous system stabilizes, energy is directed, and clarity becomes sustainable.
Depth Over Stimulation
There is no chasing of intensity or novelty. The work is subtle, repeatable, and accumulative — creating long-term change rather than short-term experiences.
Yoga, taught as a system
— not as a trend.
Ratheesh’s approach is rooted in traditional knowledge systems where the body, breath, and mind are trained with precision. What is offered is not variation or invention, but a structured transmission — refined to meet the conditions of modern life without diluting its depth.
